CPR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation

CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) is an emergency life-saving technique for patients whose breathing and heartbeat have stopped.

Through the CPR steps of “Call, Call, Compress, Shock,” combining chest compressions with the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED).

An emergency first aid technique used for severe airway obstruction caused by foreign objects.

Wound Dressing

1. Cover with sterile gauze. 2. Apply pressure with an elastic bandage or triangular bandage. 3. Assess whether the bleeding has stopped. 4. If the bleeding cannot be controlled, apply another layer of sterile gauze directly and use an elastic bandage or triangular bandage to apply additional pressure.

The core principle of emergency fracture immobilization is “immobilize on the spot and limit movement” to reduce pain and prevent secondary injuries.

400-meter swim, 15-minute float or tread water (with both hands raised above the water surface for the last 2 minutes), 800-meter snorkel swim, 100-meter diver tow.

Complete demonstrations of 24 skills (with mask removal and replacement evaluated independently), and complete training on how to teach 12 of these skills, with the instructor acting as the student.

Scenario simulation (Perform a 3-minute safety stop at 5 meters at a float equipped with emergency breathing equipment. During the stop, do not hold the reference line to maintain position.)

Scenario simulation (line search method with lifting bags, rope joining knots, and bowline knot)

Snorkeling Diver Course

With the accompaniment of an instructor, divers can be assisted in completing a supervised snorkeling session.

Deploy Surface Marker Buoys (SMB)

Complete an underwater SMB deployment within 30–60 seconds and use the SMB to perform a 3-minute safety stop at 5 meters.

Review Course (ReActivate)

Accompanying an instructor to assist divers who have not been in the water for more than 6 months in completing a ReActivate course.

Discover Scuba Diving

Accompanied by an instructor, it is possible to independently guide one diver through a complete discover scuba diving experience.

Guided Dives/Fun Dive

Act as a dive guide and independently complete a travel dive under the supervision of an instructor (dive site planning and management, dive site mapping course, dive briefing, and emergency response plan).
