Return and Exchange Policy
Product Appreciation Period
- Except for perishable or short-shelf-life items (approaching their expiration date upon return/cancellation), such as food, customized goods, current newspapers, periodicals, magazines, opened audio-visual products or computer software, game point cards, other point cards, and opened personal hygiene products, which are not subject to the 7-day appreciation period under the "Guidelines for Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Rescission in Transaction Transactions," you have a 7-day appreciation period (including holidays) from the date the product arrives in your possession.
- For returns, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product and provide your "Name," "Order Number," "Contact Number," "Name of Returned Product," "Reason for Return," and photos. Customer service will assist you with the return/exchange process upon receipt.

Return Policy
- Returned items must be unused and free from damage or malfunction caused by non-human factors. The 7-day inspection period guaranteed by the Consumer Protection Act is only for you to consider and confirm whether the product meets your needs, not a trial period. If you are reminded by our store, please keep the original packaging (including the outer cardboard box); otherwise, returns will not be accepted.
Exchange Policy
- We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange for the same item, please send an email to "garylin.cc@gmail.com" and send your item to "oooo address" or "oooo convenience store".
- Returns are not accepted in the following situations:
- Items beyond the 7-day inspection period.
- Perishable food items with a short shelf life (expiring soon at the time of return/cancellation).
- Customized items. Current newspapers, periodicals, or magazines. Items that have been opened and used, or damaged due to human factors, such as stains, malfunctions, damage, wear, scratches, abrasions, or dirt.
- Returned items with damaged or incomplete packaging, or missing invoices or accessories.
- Malicious or bulk returns.
- Other non-returnable items:
Gift cards
- Downloadable software products. Certain health and personal care items. Underwear, socks, bra pads, and other intimate apparel are not returnable after sale for hygiene reasons.
- To complete the return process, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Policy
- The refund amount only includes the purchase price of the returned item and does not include the original order shipping costs or other related handling fees. The website will cover the return shipping cost of NT$80.
- If a returned order does not qualify for free shipping (including full refunds), and the total amount does not reach the free shipping threshold, the original shipping fee (NT$70 for convenience store pickup, NT$120 for home delivery) will need to be paid. The NT$80 return shipping fee will be borne by this website.
- If the returned order included a free gift, and the total amount after deducting the returned goods does not meet the gift's eligibility, the gift must be returned in brand new condition. Otherwise, the original price of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount (considered as a purchase).
- Refund Methods
- Credit Card Payment: After successful return confirmation, the refund will be directly credited to the original credit card account used for payment.
- Cash on Delivery: After successful return confirmation, the refund will be transferred to the bank account you provided.
- In-Store Cash Payment: After successful return confirmation, the refund will be either issued in cash on-site or transferred to the bank account you provided.
